Hi, I'm Brian. Thanks for stopping by.

I won't bore you with my favourite book, my love of cycling, or the story of my first camera; nobody really wants to hear that. If you do, drop me a line, and I'll happily go on for far too long about all three.

Before weddings, I spent years photographing everyday life around Glasgow, and occasionally beyond, drawn to the small, unscripted moments: a laugh, a glance, a bit of warmth between two people that says more than any posed shot ever could. Turns out weddings are full of moments exactly like that, and I've spent years chasing them ever since.

I've now shot over 200 weddings, and the part I love most hasn't changed once: your family's faces as you walk down the aisle. Your partner trying and failing to hold it together. Your gran cackling at something during the speeches. Those are the shots that still make you smile years later. Not the stiff, posed ones.

So that's my job on the day: not to boss you around for photos, but to blend in, keep half an eye on everything, and be ready the moment something real happens. Think of me less as "the photographer" and more as the friend who happens to have a really good camera.

If that sounds like your kind of wedding day, I'd love to hear all about it.
